How do I get started?
Click the “I Want to Schedule an Appointment” button on the Contact page. You’ll complete a short and simple online form and you’re set for the first appointment.
Where are your offices?
What I do I need to do to receive do internet counseling?
We use a free web-conferencing application called GoToMeeting. It works on laptops, desktops, phones and tablets. You will need a webcam (or camera and microphone) and high speed connection. A headset/earbuds is highly recommended.
We do not do phone counseling because the “face to face” contact is very important for our type of ministry. We do not use Skype, Facetime or Zoom.
What are your hours of operation?
What happens during the first session?
- determine if we are a good fit and,
- formulate and propose a next step/ministry plan to the client.
How long are the sessions?
What is the cost of your services?
In order to make our services available to as wide an audience as possible, we utilize a sliding scale based upon family income. Details here: https://aandbcounseling.com/christian-counseling-services-2/
Do you take insurance?
Services offered are generally not covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service (in-office) or collected in advance for online sessions.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards in-office. For our remote clients, we utilize Square invoices which allows payments via credit/debit cards over a secure connection.
How do I know you can help me?
One of the purposes of the first session is for our counselors to determine if we can help you. If we are not a good fit, we are happy to say so because we don’t want you expending time and resources on a potentially poor outcome. If we feel comfortable that we can help, we will propose a next step / ministry plan for your agreement.
We have had a lot of success helping others and encourage you to visit our Client Success Stories page and read the Google Reviews. You will be able to see some examples by specific topic areas. We have broad and extensive experience in Christian Counseling and Deliverance Ministry and at the end of the first session you and we will have a clearer picture of how we can help.
