Upon successfully submitting the form below, one of our counselors will contact you to schedule the first appointment. We try to respond within one or two business days.

You can schedule an appointment in our Tampa, Clearwater or Brandon FL offices or online using our GoToMeeting platform.

We are a stand-alone, self-supporting Counseling Center. Our services are offered on a sliding scale per 50-minute session according to the table below. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid nor insurance.
