Does either of your parents use control to dominate and intimidate?
Do you cower in order to keep the peace?
Do you feel like a magnet that attracts controlling people?
Guess what? You probably are!
Godly soul ties are based on love and trust. Ungodly soul ties are based on control and manipulation.
You can have both a godly soul tie and an ungodly soul tie within the same relationship.
Any control that uses fear, guilt, or shame to manipulate you opens a door that allows demonic spirits to influence your mind, will, and emotions.
That ungodly soul tie becomes a neon sign in the spirit realm directing more demons your way. You become a banquet table that was not set by the Lord.
Your fear is feeding a spirit of control and that control is feeding your spirit of fear. Demons come to grow and gain torment in order to kill, steal, and destroy. (John 10:10)
My Personal Testimony of Being Controlled
I have a confession: I used to suffer from a cowering spirit of fear. I could walk into a room of people and within five minutes every controller was headed my way.
I was once flattered when a woman said to me, “The second I saw you, I knew one day you would be my spiritual daughter!” I felt loved initially but what followed was a controlling spirit that demanded submission.
I bought this woman a coffee cup for Mother’s Day one year that had the word “Mother” written on it with some scripture.
On the day I went through deliverance and broke that soul tie, the cup fell off her shelf and broke. The following day she brought the pieces to me demanding I replace it. That relationship ended with her screaming, “I don’t care where you go; you will always be my spiritual daughter!” I broke that word curse and walked away free!
The ungodly soul ties formed in your childhood open the doors for these types of people to keep coming in and out of your life. As soon as one leaves another one shows up. Have you recognized that pattern? Different people same scenario?
Are you ready to be free?
You can break those soul ties today!
Make a list of the controllers and offenders that use or have used guilt, anger, and domination to control you. Speak out loud these words:
I break every ungodly soul tie between myself and (names) and (names) and myself in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. I apply a Jesus Christ bloodline between each one of us.
This will send a notice to the demons that you mean business.
Don’t be surprised if those on your list contact you shortly after you have broken the soul tie. Those spirits know when their food supply is being messed with.
Now it’s time for those demons to be cast out once and for all.
