What issues were you dealing with? Be specific.
As a couple, we were having trouble with communication, trust and respect due to some situations that we had gone through. Individually, we were also struggling with personal issues to include generational curses, word curses, fear of what others thought, depression, and pride.
How where they affecting you?
Our marriage was on the rocks when we sought counsel from Dr. Ibbitson. We had even considered divorce. The personal issues that we were each dealing with had also affected our communication and relationship as a couple and were keeping us from becoming the disciples that the Lord had called us to be.
What changes have you seen?
Seeking counsel from Dr. Ibbitson has blessed our marriage greatly. He pointed us in the right direction for restoring what had been broken for so long: trust and communication. He also helped us to individually break some chains from some generational and word curses which were also hindering the relationship. Our marriage is currently better than it has been in many years.
We have started doing devotionals as a couple which has been very beneficial because it has brought us closer. Our main goals are to achieve complete restoration, healing of the wounds that we have caused each other through out the years and to have the godly marriage that the Lord has designed us to be where He takes first place. And we can honestly say that we are on the right path to achieving those goals.

What we love the most about this ministry is that we are given direction and advice from a biblical perspective in a caring Christian environment. We know that Dr. Ibbitson and his staff truly care about their clients. He actually contacted us a while after our last session to find out how we were doing because he genuinely cares about helping others.
